iPhoto wannabe apps for Windows?

Hey folks. I'm switching from a Mac to a PC. Anyone know of any good photo gallery type programs for the PC that work kind of like iPhoto does on the Mac? I don't really need image editing since I'll use Photoshop for that if I need to. But just something good for grabbing pics off my camera and sorting them them and having options to get prints made too would be nice. I'd rather have something local installed on my PC instead of one of those websites like flicker.

Or does Windows 7 come with anything like that built-in? been a while since I had a PC so I dunno what's all included these days...

Windows 7 Comes with Windows Live Photo Gallery (you have to Download it as part of Windows Live).
It doesn't look like you can get prints made with it.

Picasa might be closer to what you are looking for.

I prefer Picasa over iPhoto and I'm on a Mac.
