subtitles, play dvd from HD

I want play dvd directly from HD.
i make a directory ( video ts on drive c )and using claddvd,put the contents ripped into directory. using dvdstation(hollywood+) or powerdvd i try play dvd like an authentic disc.i can't have acess of subtitles.
question:anybody know to make this?
have a program to make this?
sorry, my inglish is very poor but i want this solution.

Once you rip the DVD you will lose all the special and interactive features of the disc, including subtitles, menus, additional audio tracks and multiple camera angles.

The only way to preserve all the special features is to copy the entire Video_ts directory from the DVD disc to your hard drive. If the disc has been copy protected using CSS then you are going to have to disable the copy protection using something like deCSS, but I am not sure if this will also rip the file as well.
