i just bought a Plexto 32x/12x/10x from amazon for $188 and free shipping (after $50 coupon) Anyway I was just wondering what good programs are out there that will take mp3 files and create a regular music cd. Thanks for the help.

I bought Adaptecs Easy CD Creator, but most programs that play mp3s nowadays will also burn them to cd (usually at 1 speed though)..
goto download.com and do a search..

Nero is a pretty good cd burning and MP3 creating software.

I think you can download a trial version at nero.com. My fiancee paid $40 for the full version.

Nero 5 is by far the best way. it's stable and does anything, including just dragging your mp3 files to the CD where it converts it to wav which can be read by CD Players, Car Players, etc.

Adaptec's screwed up so many systems i've worked with, i wouldn't install that at all. it really embeds itself into your system and is known to cause problems with other burning programs, don't have both installed.
