In password properties I got the user profiles section set to "all users of this computer use the same preferences and desktop settings" but that box still comes up when I start windows. How can I get rid of it?

i'm on win2000 at work so i couldn't tell you exactly for win98 but that's basically it. when my friend gets on Messenger i can get more details.
