Yahoo Pipes. Anyone else using it?

Oddly enough someone mentioned this on a grill forum and I setup a pipe to search my three closest cities on Craigslist for keywords and have filters setup. This site seems it has endless (along with lots of useless) options.

Here is mine for anyone that may want to check it out.

I just noticed that this is now in read-only mode (you can't create a new pipe or edit an old pipe anymore). And Yahoo is killing it off completely at the end of the month.

Any good alternatives?

I've never heard of it.

Re: Yahoo Pipes. Anyone else using it?

I used it years ago to create custom RSS feeds for podcasts. I would basically run problematic podcasts' rss through pipes to get consistent tags. Or files out content I didn't want. It worked fairly well, but I recall running into limitations fairly quickly. I recall an issue with it using cached data or something so the pipe worked fine when tested through the interface, but if i just fetched the output via the rss address it wouldn't work. Although in that case I was trying something more complex, like using fields from one sites RSS feed to fetch a feed from another site for processing.
