Outlook: how the hell do i set this thing up?

I got to the part of filling out the info, but i am stumped and can not find the "pop3" settings on hotmail's website.

icomming mail pop 3 part?
outgoing mail


I know on outlook express i can set hotmail as http... but i have no idea where to find the other info.

According to some website, so it's got to be right:
"There are no POP3 and SMTP servers provided by HotMail. None"


note: the above applies to the 'free' hotmail.
Even the OE/Http: thing was a workaround.

The workaround for the 'new' hotmail is
1. Open a GMail account.
2. Configure your email client to use GMail's POP3 and SMTP services.
3. Configure your Windows Live Hotmail account to automatically forward all incoming email to your GMail account.

I actually forward my Gmail to my 'realmail' address so I can check it all in one place.

If you want to check Hotmail from a client rather than the website, your only option is Windows Live Mail. Its a great email application similar to Outlook Express and Windows Mail. The main difference is that you can check hotmail. You can also configure any other pop mail accounts on it.
