Sharing USB Printer with Xp and Vista trouble

I have 1 desktop on windows xp connected to a HP laser printer via USB cable and 1 laptop with Vista basic and 1 laptop with Vista Home premium.
All the computers are sharing the internet via network cable. The Vista Basic laptop can detect the XP desktop on the network and also the XP desktop can detect the laptop and print on the printer but the Vista Premium laptop does not show up the XP machine on the network and cannot access the printer.
Anyway to do this.
Need to use the printer so that I don't have the carry the laptop each time I want to make a print.
