Can a printed item be recovered?

Here is the situation ... employee "A" manages to access employee "B"'s email (outlook) and prints out one of the emails. This is done from the PC of employee "A".

Now, it is a week later and I am wondering if there is a way (perhaps on a print server) to identify that this was printed from employee "A"'s PC and to possibly reprint this document.

Thanks in advance

No. The print server doesn't keep a copy of the documents it send to the printers.

the exhcange server logs would have the info you need about access to and printing of an email......

if you can get to them... also the backups of said exchange server would have the email in question...
