MIDI USB Interface Suggestions

Hello everyone. I'm looking for some suggestions about a MIDI USB interface for my PC. In the past, I've used an interface that connects to a standard game port. However, my newest PC (Dell Dimension XPS Gen4) doesn't have a game port. So I'm looking for a USB interface.

I'm not looking for anything too expensive. I just like to mess around with creating some sheet music. This isn't something I need to do for a job.

I've done some initial research, and I've come up with a few options that are listed below.

M-Audio MIDISport

Emu XMIDI 2x2
http://www.zzounds.com/item--EMUXMIDI2X2

The only drawback (as far as I can tell) to both of the above choices is that neither offer a "MIDI through" option (which I sometimes used in the past). A few more expensive options (such as the M-Audio MIDISport 2x2) do offer the "through" option.

I'd like to know if any of you have used these and, if you have, what has been your experiences? Also, if you have other recommendations, I'd like to hear those as well. I already have all of the necessary hardware and software, it's just the interface that I need to upgrade.

Thanks in advance!
