Paint Shop Pro users: How do you 'arch' text?

i know there are some PSP users out there - perhaps you can help.

is there any way to shape text-tool text other than stretching/rotating it? i'm trying to get my text into an arch or something and i can't figure out how to do it for the life of me.

When I have had to do it draw a circle, making it the same color as the the background so that line doesn't show. Then you can click the T (to do text) and if your on the line you can will get the T with either a ( or ) under it. This tell you if it's on top or bottom of that line. It helps me
