Opening mutliple PDF pages in Photoshop?

I'm trying to open a pdf file that has 4 pages in PS but only the first page opens. Is there any way I can also open the other 3 pages in PS?

Thanks in advance.

Why are you using Photoshop to open a multi page pdf? Why not use Adobe Reader/Acrobat?

When photoshop is opening a pdf it usually gives you options first, one of which is what page to import.

What version of Photoshop are you using? 7.x allows you to manually type in the page you want to open by pressing the Go To Page... button when you open the PDF, while CS2 and CS3 (and maybe CS, which I've never used) bring up the Import PDF window that shows thumbnails of each page, allowing you to highlight the page you want.
