You can just right click and delete to delete the shortcut only.
See if there is an "Uninstall" option under the individual program under All Programs, try that.
Or go into Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall the program from there, which should get rid of the whole thing.

I think he's asking how to just remove the programs from the All Programs list, not uninstall them.

If what Mr. Salty is correct, then just RIGHT click on the program you want to remove the shortcut to and select Delete!
