Need a good audio editing app to add drums to a .wav file

OK, ive LOOKED a while for something descent but havent found anything yet, so im turning to you. Here is my problem....

I need to find a program to add a drum track or the ability to let me choose from existing tracks already in the app preferably but the problem is it has to be able to import wav files NOT midi files...so that means frooty loops is out as well as Encore at least as much as I could see..what about Nuendo?...I have the song that i made in a wave file not midi..and i want to add a drums to the 2nd verse..what are my options....thanks guys
