Upgrading Options for New Dell Systems?

I plan on getting a brand new PC soon, most likely from Dell. I want to keep the cost as low as possible up front so I was planning on getting the smallest hard drive available (80gb) and then adding an additional hard drive down the line for a better price.

My question is, how many expansion bays do Dell desktops usually have? I will likely get a Dimension E521.

Also, their hard drives are all sata, would it be possible to install an ide hard drive as well? Ideally I'd like to add an older ide hard drive of mine as well as a new sata drive that I would purchase in the future.

Thanks in advance.

I just got E521 couple days ago. I can look at it when I get home (in an hour), I'll let you know.

Ohh, I forgot about this thread.

It took me about a week to get it (on free S/H).
