best voice recognition software for PC?

I have a question about voice recognition, is Dragon ( http://www.nuance.com/naturallyspeaking/ ) still the standard these days? Back when I tried it it was decent, but a little awkward, gotten better? Is there something else that's good?

Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred is probably the best, with MacSpeech iListen also good.

Cool... Preferred, eh? I was thinking of getting that anyway because it works with bluetooth. I'm not sure how I'd use it with bluetooth, I just love the high tech combination of wirelessness and voice recognition. Makes me feel all sci-fi.
