Can you recommend a good RSS reader?

I just upgraded to IE 7 last night and started playing around with RSS feeds. I have been using the reader that comes with IE 7 but it seems to be limited (can only set feeds to update every 15 minutes at a minimum.) I'm looking for something that's user friendly as I'm new to RSS. Thanks.

I use Mobipocket's desktop client. Mostly for ebooks, but it has a great built in RSS reader. Free program and the company is owned by Amazon so they will be around for awhile.
