Need A Good Quality Printer!

I want to do photo work and have good photo editing software, but I'm not very tech literate with printers and such... What should I get in order to print great looking pictures?

The Epson "R" series printers are excellent photo printers. They use six ink cartridges, to be assured of getting good realistic color in photos. You can get the Epson Stylus Photo R220 at Sam's Club, for about $80. One added feature, that I love, about the "R" series printers, is that they print directly onto "printable" cds and dvds, and do an excellent job!

i say try to print through one of the online photo services to see how it comes out

most likely it's cheaper and will look better than a printer you buy. i'm going to junk my inkjet and buy a laser when i see a hot deal. all photos go to walgreens, target or some other store

i pay $.19 to $.29 per print
