Can MS Word fix the broken sentences from email fowards?

It's annoying when I get email fowards and the sentences keep skipping (both mid-sentence and at the end of the sentence) to the next line so it looks pretty messy.

There are some long email fowards that I'd like to save to a word file and for it to have a clean look. Can MS Word 2003 fix this without me having to manually edit the whole thing myself?

Thanks.

Yes. 2 or 3 Global Search&Replace's should do it.

I have a similar problem with Outlook 2003 when I post to a Yahoo group that I participate in. I get posts by e-mail in real time and everybody's look fine but mine. What's up with that?

How do I use that to fix the broken sentences? Most of them are cut off midway and moved to the next line.

I do can use the replace all to get rid of the >> and the two spaces it leaves. It still doesn't move the sentences back together.

I don't have the mental energy needed to picture the file right now. Email me a sample or post one if you can and I'll give you step by step instructions.

I should have posted a sample in the first post.

Here's a simple one.
>>This is a
>>sample e-mail
>>forward.
With Word, you can CTRL+H then put in >> and a blank space for its replacement. Then (if needed) replace again with two spaces to bring the text two spaces to the left. But the sentence is still broken. Like this:

sample e-mail
forward.
I'm trying to figure out how to automatically join the sentence together from the three lines. I think it's probably something in the paragraph or autoformat option.

1) Ctrl+H
2) Replace ^p^p with ~~~.
3) Replace ^p>> with (space). <-- one space character.
4) Replace ~~~ with ^p.

Notes:
* Step 2 replaces existing paragraph breaks with a character string that won't be used anywhere else in the doc. Once all extra line breaks are gone, Step 4 replaces that string with a "real" paragraph break.
