Downloading audiobooks to ipod

I have some Italian lesson cd's that I tried to download to my ipod and they are going into the music folder, how do I get them to go into my audiobook folder? Also I just downloaded a tour of Pompeii and I know I am going to have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thx,

Have the MP3's converted to audiblebooks by using Markable: http://www.ipodsoft.com/index.php?/software/markable

I use this software all the time, it converts the files to large MP3 files then to AAC files and they are listed as audiobooks in ITunes.
