Microsoft Office XP Professional with Front Page pop up error

Hey there....I hope someone can help me.
For over 6 months now, I have been dealing with this box that pops up everytime I open a program or window.
I have re-installed Microsoft Office Professional office with Front Page still no help.
I have thought about doing a re-install of windows but I can't find my disk. In my office it could be anywhere. That's scary, ha!

Anyhow, I get this box that pops up and says
Microsoft Office Professional with Front Page
than it says -
Please wait while windows configures microsoft office XP Professional with Front Page.
1/2 way though the configuration it stops with an error box that says
Error 1933
The windows installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files.

I haven't asked it to up date any files and I have no idea why I am getting these boxes popping up.
Has anyone ever ran into this problem or heard of this problem. It's driving me nuts.

Yes, I run Windows XP professional.
I have also went to the Microsoft website and they had something on there to try, which I did, but it did not work either! :-(

HELPLESS and in need.

Thanks anyone...MANK
