Need Help Deleting .jpg files with long names

I got some .jpg files with very long names in my computer and for some reason, I can't delete them, rename them, see the properties, move them, or open them, not even on safe mode. I want to delete them, so any suggestion or solution will be appreciated.

open up notepad, open>file>all files>select file>delete.

That didn't work. It doesn't let me select the file.

Delete them from DOS.

How? I'm not that technical savvy, so you'll have to guide me with that. And by the way, thanks for the prompt response.

in DOS Prompt, do
dir /x
to find its short name, then delete with the short name.

Well, try to get a LINUX live cd ,mostly Knoppix , you don't need to install it, it runs from the cd, got to those files direction ... press delete.

You can try mapping a drive to the folder that they are located in, and then try deleting them.

Try this program. It worked for me when I had this problem.

Face it, your hard drive likes porn and doesn't want you to delete it. When you've got a horny HD, your best bet is to reformat and hope it comes up a little more prudish next time.
