How to move default folder to another drive

I have a partitioned hard drive, C and D. All applications that came with the computer and programs I've installed myself are on C drive. C only had 13GB to begin with and has only 893MB free. D drive is practically empty and has 54GB of free space. The temp folder for Nerovision is Cocuments and Settings/My Documents/Nerovision/Temp. I need to get it over to D drive as default so I have the space for Nerovision projects. I tried just creating a folder on D drive for the projects but it reverts to saving the imported files in the temp folder in C drive. I thought about just moving the temp folder to D drive but was told that Nero would just create another temp on C where the original was. How to I change the default for Nerovision temp folders to D drive?

Don't know how that smile got in there. Must be the colon. Let's see :
