Google searches being re-directed?

I use Firefox 1.5 and I just installed a script blocker. Whenever I do a Google search in the Firefox search box, it brings up a dialog box asking me if I want to block or permit access to www.denix.osd.mil. It's a government website that appears to be a subsite of the DOD. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but does this mean searches are being tracked?
