How difficult to remove McAfee Internet Security Suite?

Hi!
My subscription with McAfee is just about ready to expire and I am ready to get rid of them too - memory hog, e-mail problems, etc., etc.
So, my question is - when one goes into Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs and removes "McAfee Personal Firewall Plus", "McAfee Security Center" and "McAfee Virus Scan" is EVERYTHING removed so that I'll be able to install Trend Micro's PC-cillin and not have any problems caused by residual files left behind by the removal program for McAfee???? I mean, I have heard of some programs which do not remove lots of *.DLL files and others and that they can cause trouble later on. Does McAfee make it easy enough to remove all of their components so that this will not happen to me??

One last question. I have read on this board that PC-cillin is the best all-round anti-virus software, do you all agree with this?

Thanks in advance!

Actually, .dll files are shared with different programs, it's best not to delete .dll files.
