Mozilla Thunderbird question

I run Mozilla Thunderbird for an e-mail list that I manage and every so often I get an e-mail that reads:

Subject: DON'T DELETE THIS MESSAGE -- FOLDER INTERNAL DATA

Message: This text is part of the internal format of your mail folder, and is not a real message. It is created automatically by the mail system software.
If deleted, important folder data will be lost, and it will be re-created
with the data reset to initial values.

I've tried Googling it and I don't get much. I know this is coming from Thunderbird because I can log into the webmail and I don't see that e-mail, so it's coming from Thunderbird somehow.

Help.

What do you want help with? Just don't delete it. I also run Thunderbird, but I've never gotten this message.

It's not a Thunderbird issue. Are you sure you know how to use Google correctly?

Sorry, I should have added more in my e-mail. Those websites link me to the error message. I know what the error message means -- I want to know how to get rid of it!
