Help me rate these video cards

I have 3 video cards and I need to use 2. One is going in my regular PC which I use for surfing, itunes, pr0n and guild wars. The other one is an HTPC. Here are the choices:

1)ATi Radeon 9600 128MB - AGP
2)ATi Radeon 9200 128MB - AGP 8x
3)nVidia GeForce4 MX440 - 64 MB PCI

I assume they are ranked from best to worst in the order I have them.. How much of a difference between #2 & #3?

Difference would be your memory bandwidth/sec and your vertices/per second. Can you find the specs on #2 and #3?

You have them ranked correctly... however for a HTPC the difference between 2 and 3 are probably negligable. Although from what i recall the older Nvidia boards were poorer in video performance then ATI.

Wouldn't the fact that #2 is 128 mb and #3 is 64 mb make a big difference?

Mostly only when you are running games that load in lots and lots of textures.

Yes. iirc the 9200 and MX440 are both entry level cards, but they are of different generations. Performance differences are noticeable but not by that much.
