Tough price point. You've got a few more options at $100-$150.

I'd say, this:

x1600pro at $109

At a little more, perhaps a Geforce 7600GS (good choice!) or an x800GTO - both run about $150.

Sticking under $100, you're probably looking at a refurbed 9800pro as your best choice. If you can find one of the sub-$100 deals on a 6600GT that would be better. At $109 the x1600pro is a better choice, though.

Getting even cheaper, a good deal on a 9700pro would be good, although normally they cost almost as much as a 9800pro. Sometimes you can grab a cheap ebay auction for a 9500pro for $35-$55 - that would be the best ultra-budget solution IMO

Avoid the Geforce FX line like the plague - stick with a 9500pro off ebay over almost all of the FX cards.

I'd stay away from ATI. All my friends including yours truly have had infamous issues with drivers. Not sure what ATI people are smoking in their engineering room. Newegg has a great way to select AGP cards and so does Tigerdirect. But Newegg has weekend deals so keep a lookout.
