Computer hijacked - Mirar. Can't remove program.

A friend was visiting a site to get some codes for Myspace.com and ended up getting her computer hijacked. Theres a bar along the top of IE with Mirar on it.

I found a program on the computer called Relatedpage and can't remove it.

Whats the best way to fix this?

See if it helps. If not, let us know.

Two easy things you could do is look in Add/Remove Programs and see if anything suspicious is there and you could also try one of the online scanners like Trendmicro's.
