Firefox Context Menu Editing?

I'm wondering if there's a way out there (either an extension or editing entries in the about:config screen) to get rid of some of the items on my context menu. I really don't need the Back, Forward, Stop, and Reload options on there, among others and my context menu is starting to get really long with all the extensions I have running.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
