I've got this cool screenshot utility... when you hold down your right mouse button for a couple seconds, the mouse cursor turns into a crosshair, and then you draw a rectangle around the image you want to save. It automatically does a printscreen and then crops the image to the rectangle you selected, and then saves it as any image type you want. It's pretty slick. And no, I can't remember the name of it right now.

On a Mac, you just drag the image to the desktop.

On a MAC, there is no right click to disable. However, if you have a mouse that happens to have right click, I usually RIGHT CLICK and VIEW SOURCE to pull the image.

use firefox and disable that java option
another trick that I've used before getting firefox
left click and hold, right click and hold, release left, release right
it will likely still get whatever pop up error they have written about right clicking but will then give the right click context menu too
