Good web storage (like xdrive)?

Anyone use Xdrive or something like it? What do you recommend?

I need about 50GB of storage, the ability to share folders/files (other users need to read/write into specific folders based on id/pw), and reliability and security.

Xdrive does all that for under $25 a month. But the reliability has been poor the past month (too much downtime) so I'm wondering what an alternative would be. Thought about hosting my own domain for this purpose, but hard to beat $25/month for 50GB of storage.

We've had an xdrive account at work for the past couple of years and it blows. Half the time it's either down or you can't login. When it does it work it's good and it has some nice features, but if you have to count on it for reliability, it's not worth it. We just opened up an FTP site now for our large file transfers, so we'll probably end up dumping it.

I guess. It doesn't have to be lightning fast. Is 500 kbps asking too much?
