Videos on websites...How do I get them?

Is there a program that allows you to directly download a video rather than have it stream on a website.

No site in particular, but here is one for example. I would love to have these videos saved to my hard drive since the website will remove them sooner or later.

http://www.saintjohnseadogs.com/sead...e_road_caa.jsp

Click on one of the video links from there.

in this case the videos appear to be all .swf files so you can download those and play them if you have the full path. for example, this is episode one:
http://www.saintjohnseadogs.com/sead...entary_caa.swf

you can right click -> save as, and you'll have the video

If you have QT Pro, you can save as source. There is probably a workaround with the free QT, but it isn't straightforward (that I could find).

Now my question... is it possible to save off YouTube?
