Computer Audio/Ipod Audio with 1 pair of speakers

Currently I have a set of Creative speakers connected to my computer. They are great speakers. I don't use them to much for computer audio unless I'm watching a dvd or divx or whatever... When I'm gaming, I like to listen to my Ipod.... so I have to crawl under my desk, disconnect the cable from the soundcard to the speaker and connect it to my ipod.... then when I'm done, I have to do the reverse... big pain in the butt

Any solutions? 2 come to mind

1) Get a Y cable..
2) My creative speakers have a remote attached with 2 inputs/outputs... 1 is an output for headphones.. I'm not sure if the other is an input or output..

A lot of soundcards have audio inputs. Use the one you have, or buy a card that has one.

If you're asking if that's what you'd use to connect the iPod, then the answer is yes.
