Looking for a new laptop backpack. Suggestions?

Got a promotion so I'd like to get a little more "professional" or "business" looking laptop backpack. With this promotion I will be traveling a lot more by plane, so size is important as well. Here is what I'm looking for:

-No side pockets, or at least very thin ones. (My current Targus Sport backpack is not a bad size, but with pockets I kind of have to stuff it under an airline seat).
-Able to hold two thinnish laptops
-a mid compartment that can hold say a day planner, small binder, utility bag with wires, accessories, etc
-a front pocket that has lots of little pockets for cell phones, head phones, passport, small digital camera, keys, wallet, mouse, ethernet cord, etc.
-price? hoping less then a $100. While I want a nice looking one, don't need I high end name brand or real leather.

My current Targus Sport actually works well. Except, after two years it looks pretty worn (lots of fayed stitching), since it has side pockets, I put stuff in them and it has difficulty fitting under a seat on a plane and while not bad looking would prefer a little nicer looking.

Suggestions? What are you using?

I'm currently using a Sumdex HDN-164BK, and I'm really happy with it. Professional looking, not too bulky, and can definetly hold 2 laptops. Heres a link with a good pic. You can easily find it for a little cheaper.

That is nice looking, I'll have to see how much cheaper I can get it.

This one looks nice, but I don't know how that front pocket organizes.

I also like this one, but the lack of middle pocket probably will rule it out,

This is a little basic, but nice looking,

I ended up getting this one to try,

I just got it in, not quite as professional as I had hoped, but I really like all the pockets and organization. Will see how it works out.
