Resource conflict?

Last night I doubled the memory in my Compaq Presario 7470 from 128 MB to 256 MB. (SDRAM PC100)

All seems well. The memory appears to be working. The computer is working. But I noticed a resource conflict.

There was a black exclamation point in a yellow circle on the "System board extension for ACPI BIOS." It said "This device is causing a resource conflict. (Code 15)."

And under the conflicting device list: "Memory range 0F900000-1F8FFFFF used by: NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX400"

Yes, I have a 64 MB GeForce2 MX400 video card installed. It replaced my 8MB onboard graphics.

Is it anything I need to worry about? Does it matter at all?
