You can take a look at Ace Money Lite. I had it installed awhile back but I don't recall what the limitations, if any it had according to my needs. I currenty use MS Money 2004.

I should check and see if this program is in the Freeware sticky, since I haven't viewed the list in ages...

PLCash is a java program that I like and since it is in Java, it runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, etc. Also has the ability to track investments.
