video card with dual DVI and vga?

I am thinking about hooking up my Samsung LCD tv to my computer for some bedroom surfing. I'm currently running dual lcd monitors with my current (somewhat older) video card (one monitor on DVI, the other on the VGA output). Is there an affordable video card that will let me run all three displays (the sammy has a vga in for PC use)? I don't do any gaming on the computer. Thanks!

3 outputs?

DVI / VGA / S-Video is what i've seen.
You might need to get a secondary video card if you want 2 DVI / 1 VGA

a second video card is a great idea. I have never run to video cards - do I just install it and hook up the tv?
