Looking for Car GPS advice

I am terrible at directions so I am looking at getting a gps for the car. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good car gps? The models that have caught my eye so far are the Garmin StreetPilot c320, Garmin IQue M5, and the Garmin StreetPilot c330. I am looking to spend between $300-$500. Does anyone have these gps models, and if so, how well do they work? Are there any other gps models I should take a look at? I'd appreciate any advice.
