CPU Motherboard memory ?'s compatible ?

hello
I am about to order parts for my new PC build.
Just not too sure if what I have selected will be compatible.
Mainly the memory that I am getting and the Motherboard.

CPU: pentium 4 530J 630 or 640. ( any recommendations?)

MOBO
ASUS P5ND2-SLI Deluxe Socket T (LGA 775) Nvidia nForce 4 SLI Intel Edition ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

OR ASUS P5ND2-SLI Socket T
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131578
(doesnt seem to be much of a difference besides $50 cheaper)

memory going with DDR2 1GB x 2
Corsair VS1GB533D2 1GB DDR2-533 PC2-4200 Value Select Memory Retail

Question is, the motherboard specifies "DDR2 Standard DDR2 667"

so...will the pc4200 ram at 533mhz work in this setup?
I have seen the motherboard and this same RAM bundled together in a barebone system so I am thinking that it is good.
thanks.

i would buy RAM that the mobo maker says is safe

earlier this year there was a big deal with Athlon64's and RAM. People had trouble with the super duper expensive RAM because of the way the chip was engineered.
