Can I capture all files/folders on a FTP site?

We have an FTP site at work that holds a considerabe amount of files and they exist in many many folders and subfolders.

Is there a way I can capture all the files and folders/subfolders on this FTP space? I don't have access to the server where the FTP site resides, otherwise I would easily be able to get all file/folder details.

Is there an app that does it, or a standard FTP command that I'm no using?

use a graphical ftp app, and then just do a drag and drop on the parent folder ...
it'll copy all the sub-folders and files inside ..

That's correct for copying, but I just want a listing of all the files and folders/subfolders on the FTP site.
