Quality of two hours of DV on DVD?

I've got Windows Movie Maker and MyDVD (Sonic). When I got my computer 10 months ago I quickly and easily made a few DVDs of my home DV movies, but it's been awhile since I messed with this. Can I easily put two hours of movies on a DVD and what settings would I want to use in Movie Maker to do this? If the quality is noticeably lower I don't mind using one DVD per one hour of DV tape. All of my home movies were recorded in the one hour per tape mode.
