Help! Buying a motherboard and processor tomorrow!

Hi all...

I'm making the trip to Fry's tomorrow to but my wife a new motherboard, processor and RAM for Christmas. I have about $350 to spend. I am assuming from reading around here that I want an AMD64.

She currently has:

VIA Technologies, Inc. KT400-8235
2.15 gigahertz AMD Athlon XP
128 kilobyte primary memory cache
256 kilobyte secondary memory cache Board: KT400-8235
Bus Clock: 167 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 11/08/2002

Any suggestions to get the best bang for my buck?? I want to better the system above...

What type of ram are you using currently? You may need to upgrade with a new board.

Why does she need a faster CPU? Your best bang for the buck would probably be more RAM for the existing one and a pair of earrings.
