Airfilter for a computer?

any brand of hopefully cheap furnance or AC airfilters that are thin enough for a computer case fan to still pull or push air through?
Opened my case today, and this computer is only a coupel months old and had a lot of dust and cat hair on the cpu fan/heatsink

if you are searching dryers and you find some pantyhose that makes a good filter as well.
