Turn off all power to the PC.
Take the battery out for about 30-60 seconds, then re-install the battery.
Re-Boot

See if that helps

It is inside the computer, about the size of a quarter(maybe a little smaller). Typically silver and round. Usually a Clip holding the battery in the socket. It should pop out but I don't know the correct tool to extract it. Remember this the electonic

You may also try to enter the BIOS (usually the F1 or DEL keys at startup) at select "load default" or "load optimized settings" (or similar wording), While in the BIOS, verifying the time and date are correct. Save & Exit...Re-boot
