Need some help doing something in MS Word.

Need some help doing something in MS Word.

I have a project at work where I need to print about 800 address labels. Each one will have 4-5 lines on it. Each label will have a student's name, their teacher's name, and a couple of more lines after that. The last two lines will be exactly the same thing on all 800 labels. I have all of the classlists on an excel spreadsheet, organized by teacher.

I would like to find a way to do this as easily as possible. I don't want to have to copy and paste 800 names. Is there a way for me to put the individual student names on the labels without actually having to copy and past each one? Also, each teacher's name will have to be on approximately 22 labels.

Any help or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Links to something like how to do more with Office would be great.

What you want to do is a Mail Merge. It's actually pretty easy.
