Acrobat 7.0 Full Version - Security Policies question

Hello! It was pretty easy to figure out how to create a Security Policy in Acrobat 7.0 to password-protect files with a single click, but I cannot figure out how to make a Security Policy to do the opposite. Any ideas? Can it even be done? I hate removing security and entering our really long and complicated work password whenever I need to append the doc, etc. Adobe's site is less than helpful on the matter. Thanks in advance!
