How do I get rid of Boot Menu screen?

Before Windows XP starts up a Boot Menu Screen comes up for about 3 seconds where you can choose Windows XP or Windows Recovery Console. If you do nothing Windows XP is selected and it continues starting up. How do I get rid of it? No big deal but it is a little annoying ( I have an HP computer).

Do this inside Windows XP:

1. Open up Notepad. This will be important for saving settings we are going to change.
2. Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties."
3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
4. Under the "Startup and Recovery" heading, click the "Settings" button.
5. Click the "Edit" button.
6. Hit Ctrl-A or select "Select All" off the "Edit" menu. Then go back into the notepad that you opened up in step 1. Hit Ctrl-V or select "Paste" from the "Edit" menu. Then save this file in a location such as My Documents as "boot.txt" or something similar.
7. Go back to the "Boot.ini" file that you opened after selecting "Edit."
8. Cut out the very last line which should contain the words "Windows Recovery Console."
9. Hit "Save" and reboot your system.
10. If everything is fine, you can delete the "boot.txt" file. Otherwise, revert the settings from the text file into boot.ini.

Or just uncheck "Time to display list of operating systems" or set the time to 0
