Can someone fix my little Quicklaunch problem (XP)?

I have a little problem with my quicklaunch buttons: I accidentally erased the rather handy desktop button.

However, when I create a new shortcut to the desktop and drag it into the quicklaunch area, I can only get to my desktop in explorer-mode, instead of it minimizing all programs and showing my wallpaper full of shortcuts....

How can I fix this....?

Copy and paste the following lines into a Notepad file.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Save the file to your Desktop as Show Desktop.scf. Next left click on the file you just created and drag it down to the Quick Launch bar and release.

The easy way to do it is to copy it over from another users profile.

It is located here in the admin profile on XP pro

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

named "Show Desktop"

right click it, select copy
go to this location in your own profile

C:\Documents and Settings\Mark_vdH \Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

and paste it

You will need to have show hidden and system files on
