PS2 to Video Card via S-Video

Ok here's the deal, I have a ps2 with monster cable s-video connections. I have a ATI Radeon 7000 that has the d-sub connection and then a s-video connection.

I plug my s-video cord from the ps2 into the back of my video card and I can't figure out how to see it on the screen.

Is it because you have to have a tv tuner card to display it on the screen?

Is the s-video connection on my video card just to display a tv signal?

The Radeon doesn't input a video signal, only output.

You will need a TV tuner card or a tuner box that goes between your video card and your monitor to see your PS2 on the screen.
