Moving From SQL 7 to SQL 2K

At a client site, they have two instances of SQL running... the main one is 7.0, and then they have a second instance using SQL 2000.

They now want to migrate everything into SQL 2000... from a developer standpoint, I can do this. (Tables, views, users, roles, etc.) But from a network standpoint... what would be the quickest and easiest way to change over?

Example: the SQL 7.0 server is called MOJO, and the SQL 2000 server is called MOJO\TEST. All of my connection strings point to MOJO, and I don't want to have to change them all. How can I change my settings so that the server name MOJO points to MOJO\TEST?
